i am at day 5 and so far mr de rooy has been the worst.
many of the others are pretty bad too but at least they show they are concerned for their own fate.

i emailed mr. stewart about jackson's testimony, asking if the video link would be visible to the public.. this was his prompt reply:.
thank you dianne for your interest.
the it people tell me that mr jackson will be on the screen for all to see and hear.regardsangus stewart.
Thank you for that Orphancrow. That is a relief.
OrphanCrow, can I ask you something? I feel it's important.
Seeing as Mr Stewart listens to you and responds promptly, would you mind taking a look at the email I sent him.. And, only if you like the idea, would you consider sending all, or part of it, from your email address.. Please?
I really want him to have the chance to consider the information and the people watching, that's all.
The Governing Body encourage all other JW's to 'obey the superior authorities', after all... Yet have they done so, or have they disobeyed the authorities? (read the email to understand).
Maybe he could highlight that.
Thanks for listening anyway.. :)
.. if you are able to find time to do so?.
i only ask because he sounded like he might want to, on another thread.. apologies if i've got the wrong end of the stick, i just wanted to bring people together for brainstorming... wifibandit a day ago.
that is a great idea defender of truth!
Thanks for the support.
" I don't want a hate fest though as it's counter productive. "
I don't see how that applies here..?
The entire point is to provide a channel that only has the ARC videos, so it is completely safe for JW's to watch.
Right, WifiBandit?
what do you think of the following line of reasoning for helping a jw start to think about what they are admitting.. (essentially, the organisations way of handling child abuse has been wrong, harm has been caused, god is now putting it right.).
reply:.
"i appreciate your honesty, in admitting that child abuse has not been handled in the right way in the past.
But if cleansing or correction was necessary, so is repentance..
WE publishers are told that we can't have Gods favor unless:
when we make serious mistakes, or even unintentionally cause harm to others by our decisions, we are repentant, and apologise to restore peace when necessary..
Further, if our mistakes or incompetence have caused harm that cannot be passed over, it is our duty to apologise.
An apology on behalf of the organisation is needed to restore peace, then 'works that befit repentance'. ie changes to procedures and guidance, placing child safety above child molestors' confidentiality.

wifibandit a day agoThat is a great idea defender of truth! We should make a Roku channel dedicated to Case Study 29 of the Royal Commission.
"There is no fee for joining the Roku Developer Program or for publishing a Roku Channel. You can review the terms of the Roku Developer Agreement during the sign-up process prior to completing your registration."
"Using the Roku SDK you can create everything from a basic free VOD channel utilizing an RSS feed to a full subscription movie service."
" Almost anything that is well suited to a TV experience can be created for Roku, including music channels, internet radio, photo sharing, social applications, as well as high-qualitygames."
Also:
www.herofish.com/2012/01/how-to-create-you-own-roku-videoplayer-channel/
There is no Roku approval process necessary to publish a Private Channel.
The Roku Developer agreement PDF is available by Googling it..
and then we at home would only need to add the channel..

---------
I have no technical knowledge or financial resources, but others do. Let's make this happen, if anyone's interested?
We could then play it through the TV for our families, with no risk of JW's worrying about 'apostate comments' etc.
(Don't know about copyright issues? But the YouTube channels are still there, and I doubt the ARC would have a problem with it..)

I just sent this email to Angus Stewart:
Dear Mr.Stewart,Thank you very much for the excellent work you have done in the public hearing into Jehovah's Witnesses for the Australian Royal Commission. You are clearly very dedicated to your cause. It's been a pleasure to watch your professional and methodical approach.I do not wish to bother you or waste your valuable time, but this is, I feel, an important question to address to Mr Geoffrey Jackson..Not only for the court record, but also for the sake of many (JW or otherwise) that will be listening in and reading the transcripts, who are told (in the case of Jehovah's Witnesses) not to read any negative stories in the press or pass them on. Most have no idea of the court battles that the organisation has fought to protect the details of those who have committed crimes against children..This is only a rough and amateurish outline, of course. I have no doubt you would be able to do much better with the phrasing and such, but I hope that you might consider using at least part of the general reasoning. I would be honoured if you even read this, to be honest.----------Do you, as a member of the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses and a proclaimed follower of Jesus Christ, always obey the law and cooperate with the courts of the land, except of course where your understanding of the scriptures tell you that you cannot do so?*Yes, I do*And bearing in mind that both yourself and the other members of the Governing Body view yourselves as anointed followers of Jesus Christ, and must therefore be exemplary in your conduct, and in obeying what you are instructed to do as written in the Bible, which includes obeying the 'secular authorities'..
Would you be able to say that your fellow Governing Body members would be scripturally required to do the same as you have stated, always obeying the law and cooperating with the courts of the land, so long as there was no conflict with Gods law?
*Yes, I can say that.Do you believe that each one of them would do these things?*Yes*I submit to you that you are wrong in saying that.*I'm sorry? Is it true that in 2014 Mr. Loesch, your fellow member of the Governing Body ignored a direct court order to appear, and that the Watchtower organisation (which you oversee and direct) refused court orders to hand over vital documents regarding child abuse, when they were in fact able to do so?-------Here are 2 links that contain much of the information regarding the case:http://jehovahswitnessreport.com/blog/child-molestation-governing-body-and-wbts-refuse-to-comply-with-court-ordershttp://watchtowerdocuments.org/zalkin-lopez-trial-court-documents/.......Thank you for taking the time to read this, sir.Yours respectfully,
What do you think?
I'm not very good with words, but the general idea hopefully came across.

Can anyone reading this please consider the following article..
If Jehovah is using the Commission to correct his people at this time, how should they respond?
